1. Who we are
streamdev.gr ("Streamdev", "we", "us") provides live video streaming on demand from Greece. You can reach us at any time through our contact page. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. The service
For each order we provide a private RTMP and SRT ingest (server address, stream key and SRT passphrase), an SRT output, an HLS playback link, an embeddable web player and access to a dashboard where you can enable or disable your stream. You send the video from your own encoder (for example OBS, vMix or a hardware encoder) and we deliver it to your viewers.
We do not record or store your broadcasts. Video segments are kept only briefly so that viewers can play the live stream, and are deleted when your plan ends.
3. Plans and prices
| Plan | Duration | Price (VAT incl.) |
|---|---|---|
| Day pass | 24 hours | €19.00 |
| Month | 30 days | €49.00 |
Prices are one-off payments in euro and include Greek VAT. Plans do not renew automatically; you order again when you need another day or month. During a plan you can go live as often as you like.
4. Ordering, payment and start
- After you place an order we send you payment details by email.
- Your stream key is issued as soon as we confirm your payment. The plan duration starts at that moment, not when you place the order.
- Orders that are not paid within 7 days are cancelled automatically, at no cost to you.
- We issue a receipt or invoice for every payment.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Because you ask us, when ordering, to start the service as soon as payment is confirmed:
- if you withdraw before your stream key is issued, we refund the full amount;
- if you withdraw after the stream key is issued but before the plan ends, we refund the unused part of the plan, calculated pro rata;
- once the plan has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
To withdraw, send us a message through the contact page with your order number. Refunds are made with the same payment method within 14 days. If the service does not work because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will extend your plan or refund you.
6. Acceptable use
You are responsible for everything you broadcast. You must own the content or have all the rights and permissions needed to stream it. In particular, you may not use Streamdev to:
- rebroadcast TV channels, sports events, films or other content you do not hold the rights to, or run any kind of IPTV restreaming service;
- broadcast illegal content, including content that sexually exploits minors, incites violence or hatred, or infringes anyone's privacy;
- broadcast pornographic content;
- attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or share your stream key so that third parties can misuse it.
If we receive a credible complaint or notice a breach of these rules, we may disable the stream immediately. Serious or repeated breaches lead to termination without refund. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with the authorities.
7. Technical limits
- Input by RTMP or SRT. Recommended: H.264 video and AAC audio, up to 1080p at 60 fps and up to 6 Mbps video bitrate.
- Each plan includes an SRT output for one receiver at a time, with a typical delay under one second.
- Playback uses standard HLS, so viewers see the stream a few seconds behind real time.
- Each plan covers one simultaneous input stream. Fair use applies to viewer traffic; if a single event is expected to draw a very large audience, contact us beforehand.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, monitor it continuously and fix problems quickly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside common event times whenever possible. Your internet connection and encoder settings are outside our control.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or lost audience. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, or with the private link on your order page. Keep these links and your stream key private. If you think someone else has your stream key, contact us and we will issue a new one.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Significant changes are announced on this page with a new date.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman, and keep the right to bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.
